QKD Martial Art & Self Defence students in Bedford, Stevenage, St.Neots & Huntingdon learning about Self Discipline!

During March and April 2012 students young and old at Qi Kwan Do Martial Art and Self defence Schools in Bedford, Stevenage, St.Neots and Huntingdon are learning about the importance of self discipline, not just to become a Black Belt but in all areas of their lives.

Doing the little things without being told will give you great power in your life. Having the strength and discipline to do our daily chores is very important. Our young future Black Belts are required to complete simple tasks at home such as make their bed in the morning or tidy their bedroom.

For adults, self discipline is the key to weight loss, getting in the best shape of your life and achieving your goal of Black Belt!

Improving your self discipline is hard at first, but start with the small things and go from there…
